Required Documents

Process for obtaining a duplicate school leaving certificate
A duplicate of the school leaving certificate and its grade supplement is required in cases of loss, damage, theft, or when errors are discovered in the original document.
The duplicate is processed through the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) of Ukraine and the USEDE database. The resulting document is an official strict-accountability form with full legal force.
