Required Documents
- Copy of Ukrainian passport (All pages with photo and registration, or a copy of the ID card)
- Court case details (Case number, court name, approximate year or the parties' names)
- Notarised power of attorney optional (For the bureau's representative to request the document — we provide a template. Optional: we can obtain the documents via a lawyer's (advocate's) request instead.)
Process for obtaining a copy of a court judgment
Retrieval of a copy of a court judgment (on divorce, alimony, property rights, etc.) is required when the original has been lost, damaged, or for submission to foreign government authorities.
