Apostille on a court judgment
An Apostille stamp on a court judgment is required to confirm its legal force abroad (for example, for marriage registration, confirming civil status, or enforcing a judgment in another country).
The procedure is carried out by the Ministry of Justice (MinJust) of Ukraine. The stamp is placed exclusively on the original judgment duly certified by the court that issued it.
