Process for obtaining a duplicate diploma
A duplicate diploma is required in cases of loss, theft, significant damage, or change of the owner's personal details (for example, surname).
The duplicate is obtained through the Unified State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE) and the Ministry of Education and Science (MES) of Ukraine. The resulting document has full legal force equal to the original.
What is included in the service fee of UAH 15,000:
- Preparing and submitting the document package to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine;
- Payment of all state duties and administrative fees;
- Monitoring requests in educational institution archives;
- Obtaining the finished plastic duplicate diploma and paper supplement.
